Pitagone UK provides specialist mobile Hostile Vehicle Mitigation systems for public spaces, events and venues across the UK. Our focus is on helping organisations protect people in busy, open environments through solutions that are tested, proportionate and practical to deploy.

Pitagone Global

Pitagone is an internationally recognised specialist in mobile Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, with systems deployed across more than fifty countries worldwide. Developed and manufactured in Belgium, Pitagone barriers were the first mobile HVM systems globally to achieve international certification and remain among the most extensively tested solutions available.

Engineering and Testing

Engineering and testing sit at the core of Pitagone’s approach to mobile Hostile Vehicle Mitigation. All Pitagone systems are developed and manufactured in Belgium and are designed to perform in real operational conditions, not just controlled test environments.

Pitagone barriers are internationally certified and have been tested with vehicles impacting in fully operational configurations, including wheels on and realistic surface conditions. In the UK, Pitagone works in close partnership with EP Team to provide a joined up approach to public space protection. While Pitagone focuses on mobile HVM systems and engineering expertise, EP Team brings extensive experience in event operations, site planning and live environment delivery.

This partnership allows clients to benefit from a more integrated service, where HVM solutions sit naturally alongside wider considerations such as arrivals and departures, crowd movement, access control and on site operations. It ensures that protection measures are not treated in isolation, but as part of a broader, well coordinated approach to safety and reassurance.
